    Every first Monday of the month, we initiate an ACH transfer for the total expected bill amount for all properties. Think of it as pre-paying your monthly bills, with the peace of mind that any variance is adjusted the following month.

  3. Transparent Accounting

    At the month’s end, we audit the bill payments and generate a detailed CSV statement. This statement is fully transparent and tailored for seamless integration with your accounting software, providing clarity and ease for your financial team.
